EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Toxic Substances Control Act Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the review and approval of its information collection request (ICR) related to Chemical-Specific Rules under the Toxic Substances Control Act Section 8(a); Certain Nanoscale Materials, which is currently set to expire on August 31, 2020.
