EPA Approves New Mexico Underground Storage Tank Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized revisions to the State of New Mexico's Underground Storage Tank (UST) program, which meet all requirements needed for program approval, and incorporates by reference those provisions of the State regulations that meet the requirements for approval.
