EPA Proposes Approval of New Mexico's Underground Storage Tank Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to New Mexico's Underground Storage Tank (UST) program, which meets all requirements needed for program approval. The revisions will be incorporated by reference into the state regulations, subject to EPA's inspection and enforcement authorities.
