EPA Approves Cocopah Landfill Flexibility Requests

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made a final determination to approve two Site Specific Flexibility Requests from Cocopah Landfill, Inc., a subsidiary of Republic Services, Inc., to close and monitor the Cocopah Landfill, located on the Cocopah Indian Reservation in Arizona.
