Kentucky to Revise Public Water System Supervision Program

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is revising its Public Water System Supervision Program to align with federal drinking water regulations, including the Interim Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule and the Lead and Copper Rule Minor Revisions, as determined by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
