US Department of Commerce Finds China Subsidizing Steel Cylinders, Requests Comments

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that China is providing countervailable subsidies to producers and exporters of non-refillable steel cylinders from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, and is seeking public comments on the finding.
