OMB Review: Proposed Extension of COVID-19 Screening Form for Unaccompanied Alien Children Program Staff and Visitors

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is requesting a 3-year extension of a coronavirus screening form for Unaccompanied Alien Children program staff and visitors at ORR-funded programs, originally approved for 6 months.
