EPA Proposes Changes to Emissions Standards for Small Waste Incineration Units

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing changes to emissions standards for small waste incineration units, including those that burn municipal and institutional waste, in accordance with its authority under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
