DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS to Prohibit Contracts with Maduro Regime Officials

The US Department of Defense is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement a statute that prohibits the Department of Defense from entering into contracts with individuals who have business operations with the Venezuelan government that is not recognized by the US Government, citing the Maduro regime as an illegitimate authority.
