DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS for Validation of Proprietary and Technical Data

The US Department of Defense is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to align with the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019, which changed the rules for validating technical data restrictions on commercial items.
