U.S. Department of Labor Announces Minimum Wage Rate Change for Contractors

The U.S. Department of Labor is increasing the minimum wage rate for workers performing work on or in connection with federal contracts covered by Executive Order 13658, effective January 1, 2021, to $10.95 per hour for non-tipped employees and $7.65 per hour for tipped employees.
