US Department of Agriculture Establishes Advisory Committee on Minority Farmers

The US Secretary of Agriculture established the Advisory Committee on Minority Farmers in 2009 to provide guidance on outreach and assistance for socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers, as well as civil rights activities related to program participation, and is now seeking nominations for committee members.
