ACHP Approves Amendments to Program Comment for Wireless Communications Facilities Construction and Modification

The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation has approved changes to its Program Comment, outlining how various agencies comply with the National Historic Preservation Act for telecommunications projects already under review by the Federal Communications Commission, adding the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement and expanding the Chairman's authority to update the document.
