Bureau of Reclamation to Consider Non-Federal Hydroelectric Power Development at Taylor Park Dam

The Bureau of Reclamation is considering proposals for non-Federal hydroelectric power development at Taylor Park Dam, a part of the Uncompahgre Project in Colorado, under a Lease of Power Privilege (LOPP) due to current federal policy allowing private development of electrical power resources on federal water projects.
