USDA Forest Service to Revise Kaibab National Forest Land Management Plan and Prepare Environmental Impact Statement

The USDA Forest Service is revising the Kaibab National Forest Land Management Plan, as required by the National Forest Management Act, and will also prepare an environmental impact statement. The revised plan will supersede the 1988 plan, which was amended eight times between 1988 and 2009, and will be based on the 2008 planning rule.
