EPA Approves Texas Ozone Maintenance Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a second ten-year maintenance plan to maintain the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) through 2032 in the Beaumont-Port Arthur area, in compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA).
