EPA Approves Kentucky's Air Plan for 2015 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its approval of Kentucky's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2015 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), which requires the state to implement measures to prevent significant deterioration and model air quality.
