EPA Publishes Notice of Intent to Suspend Certain Pesticide Registrations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a Notice of Intent to Suspend the registrations of certain pesticide products due to a registrant's failure to provide required data, as mandated by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
