EPA Exempts DNA Sequences from Tolerance Requirements for Pesticide Formulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for certain DNA sequences used as inert ingredients in pesticide formulations, following a petition from InvisiDex Inc. under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
