Coast Guard Withdraws Proposed Safety Zone Rule for Fireworks Displays

The US Coast Guard has withdrawn its proposed rule to establish temporary safety zones for fireworks displays along the Patuxent and Patapsco Rivers in Maryland, due to the cancellation of the events by their sponsors.
