EPA Publishes Final Lists of Manufacturers Subject to Fee Obligations for TSCA Risk Evaluations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available the final lists of 20 chemical substances that will be subject to fee obligations for risk evaluations under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), following a public comment period that closed in June 2020.
