EPA Finalizes Revisions to Mercury and Air Toxics Standards Electronic Reporting Requirements

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing changes to the electronic reporting requirements for power plants to reduce the reporting burden, increase data flow and usage, and make it easier for inspectors to assess compliance with the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS).
