Privacy Act of 1974: System of Records

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC or Commission) is providing notice of a new system of records (System of Records or Systems) titled, NCPC-4, Asset Management. The categories of records to be adopted include records of NCPC-owned or controlled property that has been issued to NCPC employees and contractors. Upon adoption the new System of Records will be titled NCPC-4, Asset Management System.
