National Capital Planning Commission Publishes Notice for New System of Records

The National Capital Planning Commission is publishing a notice for a new system of records, titled NCPC-6, Public Comments List, which will collect comments from individuals who provide input on Commission matters by email or mail, and those who testify at Commission meetings.
