USDA Proposes Revision to Potato Standards

The US Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is proposing changes to the United States Standards for Grades of Potatoes to better reflect modern marketing practices and clarify existing language, including updates to varietal characteristics, defect tolerances, and scoring guides.
