Department of Health and Human Services Proposes Guidelines for Hair Specimens in Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing new scientific and technical guidelines for the inclusion of hair specimens in the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs, which would expand the types of specimens used in federal workplace drug testing.
