Notice of Realty Action: Recreation and Public Purposes Act Classification and Segregation for Intake Campground, Dawson County, MT

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has determined that 6.41 acres of public land in Dawson County, Montana, are suitable for transfer to the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks (MT FWP) under the Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act, as amended, and the Taylor Grazing Act of June 8, 1934. MT FWP plans to continue managing the land for public recreation and fishing access at the Intake Campground and Fishing Access Site.
