Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Nassau County Back Bays Coastal Storm Risk Management Feasibility Study

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Nassau County Back Bays Coastal Storm Risk Management Feasibility Study to assess the environmental impacts of proposed flood risk reduction measures in the face of sea level rise, subsidence, and storms, with the goal of supporting the long-term resilience of the coastal ecosystem and surrounding communities.
