Wassenaar Arrangement 2018 Plenary Decisions Implementation and Other Revisions Related to National Security Controls

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has revised the Commerce Control List (CCL) to align with changes made to the Wassenaar Arrangement List of Dual-Use Goods and Technologies and Munitions List, implemented at the December 2018 WA Plenary meeting, with the goal of enhancing regional and international security and stability.
