EPA Approves West Virginia Underground Storage Tank Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of West Virginia's revised Underground Storage Tank (UST) program, which meets all requirements under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The revisions will be effective 60 days after publication in the Federal Register.
