EPA Proposes Approval of Missouri's State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing approval of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Missouri, which requests the removal of a rule related to solvent cleanup operations in the St. Louis area without affecting air quality, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
