DoD Policy on Organizations That Seek To Represent or Organize Members of the Armed Forces in Negotiations or Collective Bargaining

The Department of Defense (DoD) has removed a regulation that prohibited service members from joining military labor organizations, allowing them to engage in collective bargaining and negotiations on behalf of their fellow service members.
