National Endowment for the Humanities Issues Final Rule on Guidance Documents

The National Endowment for the Humanities has issued a final rule outlining its internal policies and procedures for issuing guidance documents, as mandated by Executive Order 13891, in an effort to improve the rule of law through clearer agency guidance.
