Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone Along Victoria Barge Canal

The U.S. Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone in the Victoria Barge Canal in Texas to protect against hazards during bridge fender repair operations, and only authorized vessels or individuals are allowed to enter the area.
