EPA Revises Emission Standards for Oil and Natural Gas Sector

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized amendments to the new source performance standards (NSPS) for the oil and natural gas sector, revising emission standards for new, reconstructed, and modified sources, following reconsideration of the original rules.
