FAA Proposes Changes to Airspace at Hayward Executive Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed modifying Class D airspace and establishing Class E airspace at Hayward Executive Airport in Hayward, California, to improve safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations, and to update the airport's name and coordinates.
