Request for Comments on Agricultural Cargo Carriage Rates on U.S. Commercial Vessels

The U.S. government is seeking public comments on the carriage of agricultural cargoes on commercial vessels, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. A 60-day comment period was previously announced in a Federal Register Notice published on June 19, 2020.
