EPA Updates Delegation of Authority to Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board for Hazardous Air Pollutants

The Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board has submitted updated regulations for receiving delegation and approval of programs for implementing and enforcing New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating the delegation of certain New Source Performance Standards and taking final action to approve the delegation of certain National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants.
