EPA Approves Missouri Air Plan Revision to Control Industrial Surface Coating Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a revision to the State Implementation Plan for Missouri, which removes restrictive language and adds exemptions to regulate volatile organic compounds from industrial surface coating operations in Clay, Jackson, and Platte Counties.
