EPA Approves California's Air Quality Plan for Coachella Valley

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its approval of California's plan to reduce ozone pollution in the Coachella Valley, meeting the federal Clean Air Act standards for the 2008 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards.
