FAA Proposes Airworthiness Directive for Pilatus PC-12/47E Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a new airworthiness directive for Pilatus Aircraft Limited Model PC-12/47E airplanes to address an unsafe condition related to inboard flap fairings, which may cause chafing and lead to reduced control of the airplane.
