U.S. Secretary of Labor Issues Revisions to Coronavirus Emergency Leave Rule

The U.S. Secretary of Labor is updating the temporary rule implementing public health emergency leave and emergency paid sick leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, which was set to expire on December 31, 2020, following a court decision invalidating certain portions of the rule.
