NMFS Approves Exempted Fishing Permit Application for Beam Trawl Survey Near South Fork Wind Farm

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has made a preliminary determination that an Exempted Fishing Permit application for a beam trawl survey near the South Fork Wind Farm is complete and warrants further consideration, allowing eight commercial fishing vessels to participate in the survey under the direction of the Commercial Fisheries Research Foundation.
