Agency Information Collection Activities: Generic Clearance for Improving Customer Experience (OMB Circular A-11, Section 280 Implementation)

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, is announcing an opportunity for public comment on a new proposed collection of information by the Agency. DHS previously published this information collection request (ICR) in the Federal Register on Monday, May 18, 2020 for a 60-day public comment period. One (1) comment was received by DHS. The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional 30-days for public comments.
