Defense Commissary Agency Privacy Act Program Removed from DoD Rulemaking

The Defense Commissary Agency Privacy Act Program regulation has been removed from the Department of Defense's (DoD) rulemaking, as it is now covered by a revised DoD-level Privacy Program rule published in 2019. This rule is no longer necessary and has been eliminated from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
