USDA Amends Cotton Research and Promotion Order Following Referendum

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is implementing changes to the Cotton Research and Promotion Order following a vote by Upland cotton producers and importers, which favored the adoption of two amendments to the Cotton Order, as mandated by the 2008 Farm Bill.
