Northeastern Monkfish Fishery Management Plan Gets Framework Adjustment 12

The U.S. fisheries management system is implementing new monkfish fishing regulations, submitted by the New England and Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Councils, to prevent overfishing and set allowable harvest levels for the 2020, 2021, and 2022 fishing years.
