Utah Department of Transportation Audit Report: Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program

The Utah Department of Transportation is required to undergo its third annual audit under the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program, which assesses compliance with program requirements established by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21). The audit report will be used to evaluate the department's performance in carrying out its assumed Federal NEPA responsibilities.
