EPA Announces Contract Proposal for Advanced Biofuel Payments

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is accepting applications for contracts to make payments to eligible advanced biofuel producers under the Bioenergy Program for Advanced Biofuels, with up to $40 million in funding available for fiscal year 2010.
