Commerce Trusted Trader Program Withdrawal

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has withdrawn a proposed rule for the Commerce Trusted Trader Program, which aimed to simplify reporting and entry requirements for seafood imports, following public comment and consideration of its effectiveness.
